The origin of the word "leadership" is "go forth and die." We aren't requiring this of our leaders today, but we do need leadership to progress. This may be one of the most overworked concepts and words of our time. We regularly hear these phrases:

What is meant by leadership and can you prepare for a leading role? This DVD explores a number of concepts including whether leadership is more a public versus private sector phenomenon and the role of communication in success.
